• Cash-only payments

• Mismatched payment and agreement details

• Refusal to provide ID or have a photo taken

• Subletting or third-party unit use without proper documentation

• People working inside units (e.g., assembling or packaging goods)

• Frequent visits or collections are inconsistent with stored items

• A high volume of people visiting a single unit, or individuals loitering around the facility

• Large parcel deliveries or direct shipments from overseas
