How can I book storage units in Nottingham?

1. Get in touch

Start off by getting in touch with our team online. We can answer any questions you may have about our self storage process and sort out the logistics - including the date you’d like to start storing your belongings with us.

2. Sign your documents

When you book with us online, we’ll ask you to sign some important documents and agreements before you can go ahead with storing your belongings.

3. Store your belongings

You will then be allocated your self storage unit. You can either supply your own padlock, or we can provide you with one of our own (we also offer a packaging shop if you need any other storage supplies).

4. Access when you need it

You can access your storage unit as often as you like within our opening hours. Out of hours access can be arranged with our team too.

We offer secure units from 10 sq ft to 175 sq ft, as well as 20ft containers. Read our article on how much you can fit in a 20ft container for more sizing information.

Are storage units secure?

Our units are very secure, including:

  • 24-hour digital CCTV with remote monitoring covering the different sites
  • Individual door alarms for every storage unit 
  • Electronic access control systems with unique PIN numbers for every customer

With our high level security measures, you can feel completely safe accessing your things at any time of the day or night.

Is storage insurance compulsory?

All goods must be protected and insured whilst stored at Loft Self Storage. We provide you with a convenient protection plan that is specifically designed for self storage use. Taking out insurance cover is standard procedure for all self storage companies.

How do I get to my unit when reception is closed?

Enter your unique PIN code into the keypad on the main gate, drive in, and then enter your code again to access the store for the indoor units. 

How much does storage cost?

The cost of your self storage will depend on the number of storage units being rented, as well as how long you will be renting them for. You can book with us online for an accurate price.
