How does our self storage process work?

Start off by getting in touch with our team online. We can answer any questions you may have about our self storage process and sort out the logistics - including the date you’d like to start storing your belongings with us.

If it’s easier, we can collect your belongings from your business or home to save you from travelling to our storage site. We’ll carry the items to and from our vehicle, saving you from any heavy lifting.

At our facility or during collection, we’ll ask you to sign any important documents and agreements, and discuss our security measuresto give you peace of mind.

When your items have made it to our site, you can either supply your own padlock, or we can provide you with one of our own (we also offer a packaging shopif you need any other storage supplies).

We’ll then place all your items in the container storage unit, using barcode tracking to give you live updates on the whereabouts of your belongings at all times.

Once you’re ready to collect your belongings, simply visit our facility or get in touch to arrange delivery. We can be extremely flexible, often delivering on the same day as your retrieval request!

How much does container storage cost?

How long can I rent a storage unit for?

You can store your belongings with us for as long as you need to. There is no minimum or maximum storage period.

How far in advance do I need to book?

You can book online at any point before needing to use our storage facility, simply fill out our 'get a quick quote' form to arrange. We recommend booking in advance to ensure space availability.

Is there anything I can't put in storage?

We can store almost anything, except for living things and perishable goods. Flammable items such as fireworks are not permitted. Also, any items which run on petrol engines should be fully drained before entering the storage facility.

Is there help available for moving my things into storage?

We have a collection and delivery service available if you are unable to collect or deliver your items.

How often can I access my storage unit?

You can access your storage unit as often as you like within our opening hours, which are 6am - 6pm. Out of hours access can also be arranged. If you are unable to get to our facility to collect your items, you can use our collection and delivery service.

Where can I get packaging materials?

You can order packaging materials in advance from our website, just enquire for our packaging brochure.

Are the storage units secure?

Our storage facility is covered by 24 hour CCTV surveillance. Your storage unit is only accessible by you.
